Public Schools of Saskatchewan is proud to announce the 2025 Student Citizenship Award winners, recognizing six outstanding student groups that have demonstrated exceptional leadership, compassion, and community spirit. These awards highlight the incredible impact of public school initiatives that foster citizenship and character development across the province.
Meet the 2025 Winners
North Park Wilson School, Saskatoon – Creative Action Adele House Project
Winston Churchill School, Lloydminster – Wildcat Character Traits
Kerrobert Composite School, Living Sky SD – Community Volunteer Program
Swift Current Comprehensive High School, Chinook SD - The Environment, Clothing and Nutrition
Why These Awards Matter
“These students exemplify the values of public education—collaboration, empathy, and civic responsibility,” said Norm Dray, Executive Director of Public Schools of Saskatchewan. “Their projects don’t just benefit their schools; they strengthen entire communities.”
Each winning group receives $1,000 to further their initiatives, whether expanding existing projects or launching new ones.
